EPC
(Engineer, Procure, Construct)

EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct), often referred to as a turnkey contract, is a service provided by BDC to streamline the delivery process for projects with specific requirements and objectives. Similar to the Design and Build procurement model, EPC offers the client a single point of contact with the contractor. Additionally, it allows for overlapping design and construction schedules, effectively shortening the project delivery timeline.

However, unlike Design and Build, EPC typically involves minimal client participation during the design phase, placing greater responsibility on the contractor to manage and execute the project.

As the term "turnkey" suggests, this contract model ensures that the final product is a fully operational facility ready for use immediately upon handover, supporting a faster return on investment.

At BDC, we have successfully executed numerous EPC projects, overcoming challenges in design, logistics, and the construction of highly intricate facilities.
